PILOXING – combining boxing and pilates for an empowering workout
THM is excited to continue offering this popular class. It’s a unique fusion of cardio and pilates that gets your heart rate up whilst strengthening and lengthening your body.
Get stronger, longer, and leaner muscles, improved flexibility, better muscle control, and better coordination. And have fun working out.

Give yourself a bit of self-care with some Pilates Therapy.
Did you know foam rolling accelerates recovery, boosts mobility, soothes muscle pain, and can also improve blood circulation. All of these health benefits of foam rolling can help with injury prevention and supporting any current injuries. Combined with Pilates exercises to give you the perfect gentle workout.
Also included in the course is your own Foam Roller.
Every Thursday from 9:30 -11:30, 0-4 years group! Are you looking for a cozy place with delicious coffee to spend some time with your baby or toddler? would you like to meet other parents with kids of the same age? Come to visit us at The Hungry Mind every Thursday morning for the Baby Playdate! Laurence and Salma will be there with their kids to welcome you and your little ones!
